Chocolate Brownies
Adapted from a recipe by Jill Fraley
Equipment
- 8X8 glass, baking dish greased
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 cups (12 ounces) chocolate chips, divided into 1 cup each
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup flour (Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a saucepan, over medium heat, bring sugar, butter and water to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup chocolatte chips and vanilla, stir until smooth. Cool for 5 minutes.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time until well blended.
- Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Stir into chocolate mixture. Stir in the other cup o chocolate chips.
- Pour into prepared 8X8 pan. Bake for 35 minutes.
