Chocolate Brownies

  • 8X8 glass, baking dish greased

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 cups (12 ounces) chocolate chips, divided into 1 cup each
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup flour (Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • In a saucepan, over medium heat, bring sugar, butter and water to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup chocolatte chips and vanilla, stir until smooth. Cool for 5 minutes.
  • Beat in eggs, one at a time until well blended.
  • Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Stir into chocolate mixture. Stir in the other cup o chocolate chips.
  • Pour into prepared 8X8 pan. Bake for 35 minutes.
